REFURBISHED SKATES
1 DGT regulations: The Buyer acknowledges having been informed by Ecovoltaje, SL that the VMP sold does not comply with the regulations of the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) in force since January 21, 2024 and that it may circulate until the date of January 22, 2027 unless there is a change in legislation. Ecovoltaje, SL is exempt from any liability arising from said regulatory non-compliance.
2 Private Use Commitment: The Buyer agrees to use the VMP exclusively for private purposes and in authorized areas (precincts, property or private circuits) in accordance with current regulations. Any inappropriate use that results in non-compliance with traffic regulations exempts Ecovoltaje, SL from any legal responsibility.
3 Exoneration of Liability: The Buyer releases Ecovoltaje, SL from any legal liability derived from the misuse of the VMP, including the claim or refund of the amount paid by it in the case of confiscation or withdrawal from circulation and extending it to accidents, fines, sanctions or other adverse events related to non-compliance with traffic regulations, as well as the resolution of January 12, 2022 of the General Directorate of Traffic and Royal Decree 970/2020
